The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/”Company” individually and collectively refer to Bengal Web Solution and the terms "Visitor” ”User”, ”Client” refer to the users.

Eligibility of Complete Refund

An user will be considered eligible to claim a 100% refund of the paid amount only if he or she initiates cancellation of the project within 1 hour of the project initiation time and if no progress is made by the employees of Bengal Web Solution on that particular project. If both of these criterias meet, only then the user will be considered eligible for full refund.

Eligibility of Partial Refund

An user will be considered eligible to receive a partial refund of the paid amount only if, (1) the user requests cancellation of project before the completion of 50% of the work on his / her project (which will be calculated by Bengal Web Solution officials through a discussion with the project manager), and (2) if there remains any amount after deducting the charges of the work that was already done on that project. If both the criterias are met, the user will then be informed of the amount he is eligible to receive as a refund and upon this agreement he will receive a partial refund.

Ineligibility of Refund

User will be considered ineligible for a refund if, (1) most of the work gets done before the client claims a refund, (2) the work done justifies or exceeds the amount paid by the client, (3) misbehaviour by the client adds additional amount as penalty fees and the consolidated charges for the project equals or exceeds the paid amount.

Other

If any new scenario appears that goes beyond these points, the officials will come to a decision after a discussion on that scenario and the end user will be informed of the decision. The decision will be applied after the user agrees to it.
